All orders are processed and dispatched within two business days.
Depending on where you are, it may take between 5-7 business for your parcel to arrive. This depends on the postal delivery network. We use Australia Post for all our shipping.
You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Express shipping will incur an additional $10 per order. Next day delivery is not guaranteed and is subject to the postal delivery network. All orders are dispatched within two business days.
Yes, we are able to address your delivery to a Parcel Locker. Be sure to add the Parcel Locker details to the shipping address.

For change of mind returns, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping. For faulty products, Eli and Gracie will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
Once we receive your return, it will take up to three days to process your refund. Please note, it may take an additional five days for your bank to process the refund.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we may be able to cancel your order if we have not processed it. Unfortunately, once we have sent your order, we are unable to amend it and you will need to wait until you receive your parcel and then process a refund.
Standard shipping to New Zealand will cost $15 per order.
